How We Make Eco Briquettes
Collection & Sourcing
We partner with local farmers and agricultural cooperatives to collect various types of agricultural waste including crop residues, husks, and other organic materials that would otherwise be burned or discarded.
Processing & Preparation
The collected agricultural waste is cleaned, sorted, and processed through our specialized equipment. We ensure optimal moisture content and particle size for the best briquette quality.
Carbonization
The processed material undergoes controlled carbonization in our eco-friendly kilns. This process converts the organic matter into charcoal while minimizing emissions and maximizing energy efficiency.
Briquette Formation & Packaging
The carbonized material is compressed into uniform briquettes using natural binders. After quality testing, the briquettes are packaged and prepared for distribution to our customers.
